Shipping policy
Processing time is currently 2-7 business days from the time you place an order. Once your order has been processed, we will ship via UPS. You will receive an order confirmation email as well as a tracking number via email to keep up with your order. Therefore, please do not allow your package to sit outside or in a warm area. Track your package to avoid any temperature changes in the products. Be sure to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses. Refunds will not be issued, however, we will reach out to customers in an attempt to resolve the issue. At this time, we do not offer International Shipping. This will be an option in the near future so please subscribe to our text and mailing list for updates.
